In order to improve users' charging convenience and efficiency, automakers continue to promote the innovation and progress of vehicle-side charging technology, and car models are beginning to gradually switch to the 800V platform.
Supercharging is possible only when the car and the charger resonate
The general consensus in the EV charger industry is that a supercharging device is comprised of a complete set of charging equipment with a single-gun charging power of no less than 350kW, supporting 800V high-voltage platform vehicle charging, and a continuous charging current of no less than 400A. It can realize 800V supercharging models for 5 minutes and a range of 200 kilometers.
The just-concluded Auto Guangzhou marked that supercharging vehicles have entered a stage of rapid development. The development of new energy vehicles and chargers complement each other. If the charger capacity cannot meet the supercharging performance, the supercharging performance of supercharging vehicles will be undermined. Consumers will also have concerns about this, which is detrimental to the development of supercharging.
