Testing Center Introduction

The testing center is mainly dedicated to the new energy EV charging products. Covering an area of more than 2,000 square meters, the Center has IP grade laboratories, environmental relability laboratories, safety laboratories, aging laboratories, optical laboratories, EMC laboratories, materials chemical laboratories, etc. are equipped with many domestically and internationally advanced testing equipment, with a total value of more than 20 million.

The testing center has a high-quality technical service team of nearly 30 people, providing professional, rigorous, fast and thoughtful services. Reliable testing services enable customers' products to be sold around the world with confidence and safety.

Safety Compliance Laboratory

Insulation resistance tester
Insulation resistance test: test voltage: Ui≤60V, the voltage level of the insulation resistance tester is 250V; 60<Ui≤300V, the voltage level of the insulation resistance tester is 500V: 300<Ui≤700V.
The voltage level of the insulation resistance tester is 1000V (rise time 5S, test time 60S):
Test parts
1. Each electrically charged conductive circuit to ground (1. input - ground, 2. output - ground);
2. Between electrically unconnected live conductive circuits (input-output);
3. 10MΩ; Insulation resistance should be no less than 10MΩ

Supplementary information: The measurement of insulation resistance shall be carried out after applying the test voltage during 1 min

Ground resistance continuity:

Voltage Withstand Tester
Impulse voltage withstand test: Test voltage: Ui≤60V, Impulse voltage withstand test voltage 1KV: 60<Ui≤300V, Impulse voltage withstand test voltage 5KV: 300<Ui≤700V, Impulse voltage withstand test voltage 12KV: Test Part:
1. Between each charged conductive circuit and the ground (it is necessary to specify that each circuit is grounded separately);
2. Between electrically charged conductive circuits that are not electrically connected (the connections between each part of the circuit must be specifically indicated).
3. There is no breakdown or insulation damage at the test part. During the inspection, flashover that does not cause insulation damage is allowed.
Salt spray test chamber
Salt spray test: solution concentration: (5±1)%, ambient temperature: (35±2)℃, PH range: 6.5~7.2, duration: 48h. After the test, there is no sign of rust on the surface of the sample. After installation, it does not affect the normal operation of the charging pile, does not damage safety, and the charging pile operates normally after power is switched on.

Drop method: surface drop, edge drop, corner drop
Drop order: one corner, three edges, six sides, the drop corner is the heaviest corner of the bottom of the packaging box.

Power on and check that the shell has no paint peeling, cracking, deformation or other abnormal conditions, and that the screws and connectors are not loose.

Intelligent high and low temperature cycle test system
Low temperature inspection: put the charger in the specified ambient temperature, duration: 24h, test process: power on.
High temperature inspection: put the charger in the specified ambient temperature, duration: 24h, test process: power on.
Constant damp-heat: put the charger in the specified ambient temperature, duration: 24h, test process: power on.
Thermal shock: put the charger in the specified ambient temperature, duration: low temperature 60min, high temperature 60min, cycle test: 32 times.
