Checking whether the heat dissipation function of the charging pile is normal is an important task in the rontine maintenance of the charging pile. Especially when using the charging pile, it is necessary to pay attention to there are foreign objects blocking the dust screen to ensure that the air duct of the air inlet and outlet has good ventilation. This is a crucial part of the operation and maintenance of the charging station.

Regular and proper maintenance can extend the life of charging piles, reduce power loss and improve charging efficiency.
Maintenance of air inlet and outlet
Check whether the dust screen is blocked by foreign objects, perform dust removal and maintenance regularly to ensure that the air inlet and outlet are unobstructed and have good ventilation. Effective dust removal can not only prevent overheating of components and extend the life of the pile, but also reduce power loss and improve charging efficiency;
Bottom maintenance
Check the integrity of the fireproof mud. Under high temperatures and long-term exposure to water, the fireproof mud may liquefy and lose its original fireproof effect. Timely replenishment of fireproof mud can effectively prevent fire and prevent dust and debris from entering the pile, maintaining the existing safety functions of the equipment.
Power cable maintenance
Regular maintenance of the power cables of the charging pile can effectively prevent electrical failures and fires; it is of great significance in ensuring the safe operation of the charging pile, extending the service life, improving the charging efficiency and guaranteeing the user experience.
03 Maintenance Methods
Maintenance method for air inlet and outlet: Use a high-pressure air gun to clean the inner side of the metal mesh and the filter of the side door panel. After confirming that the cleaning is finished, reinstall the side door panel on the pile body.
1) Use a special key to open the side door panel of the air outlet, open the fan installation frame, and take out the filter cotton; before dust removal and cleaning, you need to first confirm the fan status, whether the fan blades are damaged, whether the outer plastic casing is intact, and whether the dustproof cotton has too much dust.
2) Use a high-pressure air gun to blow the filter cotton or use a flat object to beat the filter cotton to knock out the dust on the filter cotton.
3) After confirming that it is clean, install the filter cotton, then close the fan frame door, and then use the air gun to blow the dust at the air outlet compartment.
Maintenance of the bottom of the pile: Fireproof filling treatment for cable holes, and use the characteristics of arbitrary deformation to evenly spread (embed, fill) the plugging material in the hole and gap by hand or auxiliary tools. The filling thickness of the plugging material should be consistent with the space of the hole.
Pay special attention to the power cables: The temperature is high in summer, and power cables are prone to damage. Therefore, when maintaining the station, it is necessary to check whether the power cables in the charging pile are gray, black or yellow, and whether there are problems such as poor contact, aging or looseness. Be sure to cut off the power supply during the inspection of the power cables.
