Boao Near-Zero Carbon Demonstration Zone makes full use of building space to configure distributed photovoltaic, realizing building photovoltaic integration. Roofs, railings, carports and floor tiles in the demonstration zone are equipped with photovoltaic panels, which constantly generate green electricity.
As the main force of new energy development, photovoltaic green power is bringing infinite possibilities for a zero-carbon life in the future. MARUIKEL also integrates the concept of "dual carbon" into the construction of its industrial park by laying 13,000 square meters of photovoltaic panels on the roofs and glass curtain wall canopies, with an annual power generation of 1.05 million kWh. Black Technology II: Photovoltaic Energy Storage for Sustainable Development
The Boao Forum for Asia Press Center, which resembles a seagull in flight and signifies "the transmission of news by seagulls and pigeons," is the main place for media workers to work during the annual conference. The building utilizes DC flexible control technology, integrates and applies advanced wind power generation, energy storage, and DC air-conditioning equipment, and builds a "light storage, direct and flexible" system, thus improving the building's self-supply of energy and helping to realize zero-carbon operation.
In MARUIKEL Industrial Park, photovoltaic and energy storage are also "conspicuous packages", which together with charging piles for new energy vehicles constitute an integrated system of light storage and charging, establishing a circular ecological chain of "production, storage, consumption and reuse" of clean energy. The system integrates power generation, storage, usage, and management in one, featuring digital and intelligent functions such as big data monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance. It is also equipped with a microgrid energy management system, enabling unified management and scientific analysis of new energy. Based on data such as weather, electricity prices, and vehicle battery status, it can select the optimal strategy and intelligently schedule photovoltaic generation, storage, and vehicle charging and discharging in an orderly manner, contributing to the low-carbon operation of the park.
Black Technology III: Energy Carbon Management, help energy saving and carbon reduction
In Boao, there is an intelligent "brain", which is the Near-Zero Carbon Operation and Management Center. The management center is connected to terminal facilities based on wireless Internet of Things communication technology, which monitors water supply, electricity and air quality in key areas and transmits them to the carbon data platform, providing strong support for carbon monitoring, carbon accounting and intelligent operation and maintenance in the demonstration area.
It is a coincidence that MARUIKEL Industrial Park also has an energy and carbon center. Based on the main line of energy and carbon management of "visible, clear and controllable", MARUIKEL has developed an energy and carbon management platform to monitor, control, optimize and schedule all kinds of energy equipment in the park in real time. Through the platform, carbon emissions in the park can be quantitatively monitored, accounted for and verified, and carbon emission reduction and carbon neutralization recommendations can be formulated. At the same time, based on the collected energy data of the park, combined with relevant statistical data and standards, it can build an energy and carbon calculation model, thus providing intelligent judgment and exclusive solutions for carbon emission reduction in the park.
